Constipation/diarrhea: Help!

I've had the above since last Saturday..today is the 6th day...I'm convinced

it was

some very bad ground turkey from my supermarket which I think I did not cook

thoroughly. I took 2 of Dr. Schulze's Intestinal Formula capsules last night--

but wonder if anyone knows of anything else I can do here at home as I

hesitate

to get too far away from the bathroom.
