Dear Fran,

I got dizziness from sinus once.

My doctor feared it was a stroke and sent me to the ER.

I know better now. An old colonel told me year ago, to use a hot wash rag on my

forehead for a sinus headache. If I wake up with a sick headache, I just put a

cloth or stocking cap on my brow and my body heat takes away the headache in a

few minutes.

We can get flu any time of year, but I think KT keeps it less likely. I haven't

had a fever of 101 degrees F since l974. I guess we build up immunity in old

age. I have had only 2 flu shots and 1 pneumonia shot.

KT has helped keep me well to age 86. Ha.

If anything, I think 11 years on KT has preseved me and taken me back in time

physically. Give it a chance. If you get dizzy, it is probaby sinus. If you get

the flu, it is probably just the flu you would have had before you found KT.

We elderly get vary visible signs of KT's effects, such as hair turning back

toward natural color, old-age spots disappearilng, eyebrows turning black again,

fatty tumors shrinking, and carotene patches on the face, fading and flattening

out.

As I always say,

KOmbucha like LOve:

" Makes those young,

" Whom age doth chill,

" And whom it find young,

" Keeps young still. "

Blessings on you all. LOve. MArge.
