Welcome to the Ozone Sauna Club! I love my sauna and I know you will appreciate

yours. I haven't got a TV set up yet to watch while saunaing. That would

certainly help to pass the time.

So far your reaction to the ozone sauna sounds just like mine. By the time you

have done six saunas in two weeks you may begin to realize that you too are

going to be a rash candidate. Ozone is cumulative up to 20 days, Saul said. The

rash usually gets worse as the weeks go by. Just slow up with the saunas to keep

the rash bearable or try one of the many remedies to alleviate the itchiness.I

was glad to get the rash where my clothes covered it --- chest. Others are not

so lucky.

I never did the rectal insufflation because you need to replace some anerobic

good guys that you kill off when you do that. Ask Saul for the names of them. I

believe Saul only recommends the rectal insufflation if you have one of about

five serious lower bowel area diseases --- Prostate cancer, Crohn's disease,

colorectal cancer, colitis, etc.

Women have a good second option for general ozone absorption, besides the sauna,

which is vaginal insufflation.

Have you figured out yet how to set the median temp on the thermostat on your

steam cabinet? It is variable. It comes from the factory at a low setting,

probably 104 F. You have to raise it to as high as you can stand it.

Here is how mine works. When I press down on the up arrow a tiny little light

lights up a tiny word that spells " SET " . The temp number showing when the set

word is lit up is the median temp setting. If you keep your finger mashed down

on the up arrow the set number will go up, thereby raising the median temp. I

think 110 F is as high as my SET/median temp goes. Conversely you can lower the

SET/median temp to 100 F by mashing the down arrow. The heat inside the cabinet

at the thermostat location will rise five degrees above the " SET " temp and then

the heater shuts off until the temp goes down to five degrees below the " SET "

temp --- as long as there is time on the timer. When the timer reads zero the

heater shuts off and stays off.

All things considered I think the rash is easier to take than the herxing caused

by certain methods of rifing. But the ozone can reduce the herxing caused by

rifing I do believe. Just a theory for me. You can prove this theory or disprove

it.

Wade's Ultra 10B Broad Band Low Intensity Ultrasound Unit for Practitioners

may also help reduce the Herxheimer effects of a Lyme patient's rifing, IMO ---

if it is operated simultaneously with the other rife equipment. As it sweeps

along it should inactivate some toxins as they emerge. 's work has caught my

attention in just the past few days. See

http://www.stenulson.net/althealth/clpapers.htm In these case studies reported

by " CL-OMD " you will read how thrilled this researcher is to find out how the

Wade ultrasound sweeping device is boosting results when used simultaneously

with a six-tube, five-gas plasma frequency set up. I don't see why it wouldn't

complement other rife equipment as well or the ozone sauna.

Jeff Sutherland says he largely avoids having Lyme people suffer herxing from

rifing by quickly determining the frequency of the offending toxin and then

zapping them one by one. Easier said than done for most of us. Wade's device

should do this automatically without the problem of having to determine any

specific frequencies.

Saul, you might want to experiment with Wade's latest device, the Ultra 10 B, in

combination with the ozone sauna. I think it is something you should at least

try or have you already tried it? Like ozone it ought to be classified as " broad

spectrum " . It might improve/speed up results with cancer cases as well. A person

could attach the transducer to the fleshy part of the neck and keep the rest of

the ultrasound equipment outside the sauna.

Happy saunaing ! You have a golden opportunity to tell all of us how well

the ozone sauna complements rifing, especially for the seriously ill chronic

Lyme person.

Observations and a couple of questions...

Saul and and others,

I received my Omega Sauna, Alpha generator and other equipment 3 days ago.

I've done 2 saunas so far, ear insufflation, rectal insufflation, and have been

drinking ozonated water.

First, I have a question about the famous rash. I have no sign of it yet. I

did get a little itchy during the saunas, but so far nothing else. When does

the rash typically show up? If I don't get it, does that mean I'm a clean

healthy person?

Second, after rectal insufflation, I got very bloated and gassy. This would

last several hours, making the process very uncomfortable and undesirable.

Third, is it safe to travel with the Alpha generator in a car? How delicate

is it? How sensitive is it to heat or changes in pressure? I want to take it

with me on a trip but I want to make sure I care for it properly.

Observations:

I am at 6200 feet elevation, and Saul's sauna is barely hot enough to work.

But I found a trick! I keep my feet lifted up on the seat platform right above

the steam output, and I kindof rest my hands down there as well. This boosted

the results tremendously! I'm so pleased so far. I can get a really good sweat

going and after about 25 minutes I'm almost hotter than I can take it. So, for

those of you reading this at higher elevations, try it.

Regarding rectal insufflation: It gives me many of the same effects as IV

ozone. Amazing. I have already spent a lot of time and money figuring out how

to do IV at home, yet, it doesn't appear to be necessary!

Finally, I want to thank Saul for making such great equipment - so far I've

spent about $100,000 trying to cure my Lyme Disease and I can already tell that

this is going to be probably the best buck I've spent. Thanks Saul!

Best,
