Guest guest
Carmen, I was at Hershey park years ago (probaly 7 years?). At the time, you could ride thru the tour. It isn't thru the actual factory like it used to be .... more of a simulated factory but still very interesting! Also, you get a Hershey bar at the end of the tour - must be freshly made because it tasted fantastic :-) Also, they did have a tram service from the parking lot - designated spots where the tram would stop and take you to the park. Trish in PA Re: Dates of conference chosen? 99 miles to Hershey, Pa., eh? Just might make that trip !!!! I wonder if you have to walk the tour or if it is on a tram? But, I can always bring the wheelchair. I'm going to do some digging for some hotels also. I just remember that the Hilton was very nice and very handy and there were restaurants near by........Bookbinders???....comes to mind. But....nothing like a hot dog out of a push cart !!! I'm easy.... Ca. Guest guest
Thanks, Trisha for the info on Hershey Park. How nice to know that I can sit and enjoy a tour, plus the anticipated, fresh, chocolate bar at the end. Hope mine has almonds in it...... Ca.
