Ozone and mercury detox

I've used ozone sauna and ozone drinking water for 11/2 years quite extensively

now.

I've had mercury amalgam fillings (who has not ?), 12 fillings, and had them

removed 10 years ago.

I did all kind of alternative detox treatments. This week I took a product

called Humet-R which is quite high in selenium (84mcg per capsule)

I took, as adviced, 1 capsule a day.

Now I've been informed that selenium can methylate mercury, which is dangerous

cause methylmercury (organic mercury) can go much more easely to the brain and

cause problems there (seretonine disturbances ). That's why probably I could

never stand selenium supplements 10 years ago after removel of amalgam.

But gues what, I got big brain problems this week again through this supplement

Humet-R.

Now that would mean that I'm still full of mercury (or at least my intestines

are)

Conclusion: Ozone is not specifically a good mercury detoxer, which I don't

blame it, cause mercury is seen as the next toxic substance on earht after

radioactive uranium also because of it multiple poisonous effects and the

difficulty of detoxing from the cells ones it has enters, so not an easy one at

all.

My conclusion is that ozone is great in eleviating many problems and has all

other healing qualities that are described in available literature. However it

does not thouch the mercury in the body!! Not directly at least

I know there are substances like DMPS, DMSO, DMSA, EDTA - chemical heavy metal

chelators that one can use, however I've always been very carefull, but I'm now

thinking of looking into these heavy horses. I've used Cilantro quite

extensively (Dr. Klinghard) as well as many other supplements and homeopathic

detox protocols (Mercurius Vivus D12 Plumbum metalicum D12, Silver amalgam D30

etc.)

Any comment on these points?
