For external use, I take a knife and slice the prickers off the sides,

thinly slice the skin off the flat side of the leaf, place it on the

skin and put something over to hold it in place. That will depend on

how large a leaf I use. Wonderful for burns, abrasions, after-surgery,

getting rid of scars (takes longer), etc. my 2 cents.

Several years ago I used hydrogen peroxide (food grade) to reduce asthma

symptoms related to airborne pollens/molds. I inhaled it using a nebulizer. If

I recall the percent I was finally using was around 5%. I worked up slowly to a

point of irritation. All positive results. This was not a protocol that I'd

heard about, just an experiment. Worked!

Thanx, but I am hoping to use it internally. I wish I could just get

a trusted product at the stores but something is telling me to get

the leaves and do it myself.
