I don't think it is for me but I know especially because of reading your review and other people's comments. I'm glad that it was good for you though! I love the decision to follow your own heart and mind for workouts that you enjoy too, Kassia! Kettlebells & bellydancing sounds like a weird combination to me (because I don't do either probably!) BUT, if it works then it WORKS!
