So I slipped and hit my head really heard last night. I think I had a minor

concussion as my pupils were not cooperative. My head still hurts like no ones

business today as does my arm which I also fell on.

So I took an unplanned off day. Hopefully I can do something minor tomorrow.

I've been exhausted all week (which might explain my fall). Thursday I only

managed to eck out 30 min of yoga with the yogatoday website. Friday I did

Guillarmo again. (I love it and keep it upstairs with my favorites)

Saturday I did an hour and a half of weights. I changed things up some more and

I really went till I could go no more. In my head I had at least ten other moves

I wanted to do...but my body said no. Below is what I did do. Hope everyone has

a great night!

10 V Press 17.5lbs each arm

15 Tall box climbs on each leg holding 17.5lbs each arm

10 Single leg squats 35lbs each arm

60 Standing oblique twists holding a 15lb plate (I kept it in a bicep curl a

good portion of the time)

12 Deadlifts 35lbs each arm

15 Stationary Lunges 22.5lbs each arm

20 Chest Press 22.5lbs each arm

20 Chest Flies 17.5lbs each arm

12 Upright rows lbs each arm (thought today I read these are bad for you)

20 Plie Squats 17.5lbs each arm

20 Single Arm Frontal Raises 7.5lbs

20 Reverse Fly lbs each arm

25 Single arm tricep kickbacks 7.5lb

25 Press backs (no idea what these are called small movement holding weights in

air where you bring your shoulder blades together)

18 Overhead Triceps 25lbs

35 each leg Donkey Kicks 5lb ankle weights

10 Shoulder Press 25lbs each arm

25 Front Leg extensions 5lb ankle weights

12 Angled Lat Raises 17.5lbs each arm

35 Rear Leg Extensions 5lb ankle weight

12 Single arm bicep curls 17.5lb

30 Standing side crunches lbs each arm

25 Standing abductors 5lb ankle

25 Standing adductors 51b ankle

25 quad curls 5lb ankle

16 Hammer curls 17.5lbs each arm

12 Pushups on perfect push up handles First 5 on toes

12 Tricep dips with an 8lb plate in lap

12 Side straight lateral raises 7.5

50 old school crunches holding an 8lb plate (did some twists and reaches

occasionally)

30 Ceiling plants 5lb ankle weight

30 bicycles 5lb ankle

30 side to side crunches

30 back extensions lying on bosu
