Zinc and testosterone

I have been very worried about supplementing zinc for this reason but I didn't realise it was related to the type. My son at 13 is very hairy which is very unhelpful. Will now try a different type - I suppose picolinate would be OK then? We have been using the Life Extensions Optizinc (zinc methionate).

Which zinc is recommended. We use Brainchild at

the moment.
