|Hello

i think an article was posted here sometime ago about vitamin D and

inflammation. It said something along the lines

of making inflammation WORSE with vitamin D supplementation even

though it is a sign of the inflammation in the

1st place.

If anyone else is trying to deal with (autism) fibromyalgia and

vitamin D problems (im not sure about the vit d deficiency but

attempting supplementation made it worse with calcium and magnesium

combined), then please let me know what has helped your fibro.

The diet helps with the IBS and bowel pains and makes me more self

aware. My bowel movements are better formed and bigger than

previously. However despite chelating for over a year and taking

various supplements, i still have some issues which i hope to address.

Whats the best supplement for anxiety related depression that DOESN'T

cause drowsiness? im using the GABA mandimart kindly sent me some time

ago 3 times a day (which partially helps) and my taurine is up to

about 1g per day (im swimming in chlorinated pools about twice a

week).

im still getting sharp pains in the back of my right leg randomly

(despite having tonic water with my supplements). This makes walking

around for the 1st hour or 2 in the mornings very difficult.

It could be a change to the new academic year? How do you tell if it

could be a reaction to one of your supplements?

Im not sure if im getting something gluten/benzoate or casein related

into my diet by accident. Tea bags for instance, how do you know if

the glue in them is gluten or not? Would it be listed on the

ingredients? Or would i have to risk a beating about the bush response

like i got from alpro soy on their gluten status of their foods (they

wouldnt give me a straight answer)?

i know that damp or wet days can cause my fibro and brain fog symptoms

to be worse. Also i have more issues articulating something to say and

make more typos due to my dyslexia. i cant control the weather but i

hope i can control my unconscious reaction to the weather.
