Guest guest
Stacey, I just joined their unlimited program tonight. See how easily I fall to suggestion? I've been paying $10 a month to exercise TV All Access Pass but I haven't been thrilled with it. so I figure this will sub as I plan on canceling that subscription. So I jumped right in an joined without even REALLY looking at it. I'm not big into yoga, but I'd like to be. So once I joined I started to try and find a workout. Well, they seem to be for the most part one hour in length. Rats! I'm a twenty minute yoga girl. But I did a the first 30 min of a relaxation for novices program. I liked it! The scenery was beautiful and the sun salutations after the initial series changed up a bit with each sequence. She cues mostly with the Indian terms rather than " Upward Dog " , but its easy to get what she means. She gave sort of that granola lecture at the beginning that irks me, but I'll live. I'll give it a try for at least a month. I probably wont finish too many full hours, but some yoga for me is better than no yoga. And it will be a great way for me to unwind and stretch after weight training. a > > has anyone done any of the yoga workouts at yoga today? i'm thinking of trying it... > stacey > > http://www.yogatoday.com/ >
