Guest guest Posted August 31, 2009 Report Share Posted August 31, 2009 last night did hip openers from yoga for inflexbile people. more yin yoga type using props for those that may not be as flexible but its a great stretch style yoga. this morning went with short barre work b/c i am just tired. did muscle eats fat from lotte berk. this has no real ab focused work so it was good b/c i did some core and abs yesterday. upper body and lower body work. include knee dancing which anybody that has ever done callanetics knows what i am talking about but they give you breaks to stretch. that is why like these workouts b/c they can still be a challenge but you get to rest before your form gives out from exhausting the muscles. i used 5lb weights for this workout b/c of the breaks so that felt pretty good. still pretty tired but hopefully i will wake up some at work. its a drag when your tired and you seem to not being able to catch up. kassia Special Needs Scouting Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
