Low Max

I did Cathe's Low Max this morning.  I was sure I wasn't going to get it in since Kaysar was awake before I even started.  But, he sat for the whole duration.  I let him eat his breakfast downstairs on the couch, which helped pass time :)  Anyway, the workout was okay, but I didn't get into it loads.  I have quite a bit of DOMS in my lower body from yesterday, so I guess it wasn't a wise choice to choose this workout with the lower body blasts in them.  I burned over 700 calories, but I'm drawing a blank on the exact and average. 

I had just one training appointment today too.  I was supposed to ahve two, and I had a no-show...GRRR..  So annoying..Darcy
