Guest guest Posted August 26, 2009 Report Share Posted August 26, 2009 hello to everyone on EV! september is fast approaching and most everyone around here knows that september is GET RIPPED month! so who is interested in doing a jari love 'ripped' rotation? it will be modified from the previous rotations that we have done. basically two ripped workouts a week, plus cardio and flexibility training, as you see fit. you can do one, two or all of the ripped workouts, whatever you like! jari actually has 6 workouts available now that we can rotate... Ripped, Ripped to the Core, Ripped and Chiseled, Ripped 1000, Ripped Slim & Lean and Get Extremely Ripped. if you are interested, what date would you like to start? if we do each workout twice, then it would be a 6 week rotation!
