Guest guest Posted August 14, 2009 Report Share Posted August 14, 2009 I had great plans for fun workouts this week and did 1 video (Kenpo X) and 1 FUNctional workout (skating) and that's it. This was an amazingly, outrageously busy week and it continues tomorrow with an all day scrapbooking crop (8 AM - 10 PM). I really need the time off from being mom & wife for a while and am looking forward to it but am so behind on EVERYTHING, including my workouts. At least I get to basically stay in one place tomorrow instead of driving to 2 or 4 different places. My eating has been okay. Not great but not terrible. I feel like a super slug though, I miss my workouts! I'll plan next week's on Sunday and hopefully can do a LOT more, it always makes me feel better. Okay, done whining for now. Off to sleep soon.
