Tuesday workout

Hi,

This morning I did Step It Off with Traci & . This is a really fun workout. I get tripped up on the last combo with Traci, but other than that the chore is fun.

I burned 406 calories. I've gotten to where I just dread any kind of cardio, not sure why. I only do 2 a week so you would think I'd enjoy them, but I don't, really.

Anyway...
