Guest guest
this morning started with tony one on one recovery. just received this in a trade. this workout is what it states. used for recovery from tougher workouts and you just can't stick with your regular workout for the day or beginners. its one on one with some doof with a camera and tony like a homemade video almost with better lighting. i can't believe this quality is what they charge ppl $20 or more a dvd on. heck with that trade was good enough for me. that is not to say the routine is bad itself. its like his awaken the body stretch workout but with some weights added. he started with stretch and yoga, does some light cardio moves using light weights(squat and curls, jump jacks legs only holding light weights, and opposite arm/leg kicks)does this 2x. he also does some light resistance work for biceps, shoulders, does some pull ups(did band rows) and push ups with planks done slowly. it was only 37 min so i find it was a great light workout for the time. although i think he is being a jackass accusing costco of selling counterfiet dvds(difference between fake and unauthorized selling of products. they make not be authorized but don't say fake) i still respect him as a trainer and he puts out solid workouts. i hope they work their little legal issue out and that he leaves it to the lawyers and he just bangs out more workouts. after a quick breakfast i went back to it with bigger loser bootcamp doing the 15 and 10 min segments. the 15 min is all combination upper/lower movements with some cardio and uses weights as well as medicine ball for pushups and ab work. the 10 min segment is all band toning. its a great add on to just go a little further without killing yourself. ah have another trade in progress this time for tribal bellydance. now THIS style has peaked my interest as far as learning bellydance. its gothic, dark, and mysterious which is my style but still graceful and true to the roots of the movements of the art of bellydance. hope this one goes through. they do the really neat belly rolls that are all abs,no use of the back as some other instructions go. kassia Special Needs Scouting
