Guest guest Posted August 27, 2009 Report Share Posted August 27, 2009 Hi ive decided to remove wheat and dairy products from my child diet to see if i notice any improvement in his behaviour, but im very worried about this as he usually only eats weetabix for breakfast!! and i dont know how i'll manage introducing a new breakfast choice, he is 2yrs and 4 month old and is a very fussy eater does anyone have any suggestions for this? im worried he may lose alot of weight by not eating the new foods i introduce, also he loves his yougurt any substitutes for calcium???
