Guest guest Posted August 20, 2009 Report Share Posted August 20, 2009 I forgot to report my workout yesterday. I did Tonya Larson's Step Pump. This one was from Netflix. I liked it a lot, and am now on the lookout for it I thought this was a circuit workout, but it's not. It's like 2 workouts in one. There's a short 25 minute step routine, and then a short sculpting routine. I went heavy, and got a pretty good workout I burned 413 calories with my average being 120.
