hi all

i just thought i'd give u an update, i went to the lib and got " Buns of Steel "

" Walk Away the Pounds 3 miles Super Fat Burning " with leslie Sansone, and living

yoga pm yoga for beginners, than i discovered today was a good mail day, it came

super early and inside was my new HRM, 2 pilates DVDS, and a couple random books

i ordered nothing to do with this but i was excited. anyway i couldn't wait to

try everything out so i took my dog for a walk for the heck of it ok to play

with my new toy anyway it on;y lasted like 15 min cuz it was 90 some degrees

today and petey wasn't up for the heat but i burned 122 calories in 15 min so

that's cool i think. getting ready to go for our long walknow the sun is long

gone and goning to star my new\borrowed video\dds hopefully tonight but prob not

till tomorrow o well i guess it reason to get p early.
