i mixed it up a bit today. this morning did abs and upper body from bellydance 10 min quickies. the warm up to the segments were bellydance but they were regular exercises. crunches, shoulder press, bicep curls etc. i tried to do amy's kettlebell dynamic workout again but i am sorry i just can't like it. i like the moves and the circuits but there are few instances she will tell you do swing to prepare for something but doesn't let you know how many then tells you to do like the overhead swing exercise. sorry but i need time to prepare for that move not a sudden cue in order to keep up the pace. i coming to realize that MAYBE kettlebell dvds are not for me. i do them well on my own especially at the gym but when it comes to dvds i keep missing the mark with the instructors. except iron core way b/c she is exact and to give AoS newport credit that is one

advanced workout. i am just going to try to trade it off. i love amy but just can't feel it here. i just finished a cardio mix this evening with 30 min. on gold's gym cardio for the wii. they threw a 20 min fast paced advanced combo at me. woohoo got be quick to make your marks. i then followed with the slower paced hula for abs and buns. its not really an ab and bun exercise in the traditional sense its she takes advantages of breaking down the hula dance combos slowly to get deeper into the moves for abs and buns. the hula dances are great for the abs and hips anyway so no need to make a certain dvd for it but it was a freebie from a VFer so i can't complain. i am enjoying the two i have. tomorrow don't know i am thinking of trying just b method's ballet and pilates fusion workout. would like to see what she is like before slapping down some money for attitude tu. it looks like a great fusion workout but i just want to be sure.

maybe some bellydance if i am up to it. last week off coming up. kassia Special Needs Scouting
