Taught a kick ass Turbo Kick class, Round 30, yesterday, and am teaching Amp'd Abs and Round 30 tonite to a somewhat stony faced but advanced and noise making crowd. Tomorrow I see Noel, and I have no idea what we're doing. Mr. Famous wrote me out of the blue today and I'm tickled, not that it will lead into a date or anything, but we'll see. I got on the scale this morning and am down 6 lbs. I think it's from finally getting my period but I am trying to cut back on carbs at night as Noel had suggested so that might have helped too. : thinking good thoughts for you for your surgery and that there are no complications, along with a speedy recovery! a: Now that you certified in TK, what is your favorite round and why aren't you teaching or at least subbing classes? It's a great way to get money, and you're getting paid to do what you love to do! Feel free to email me your number if you'd like to talk about it! Geoff: I laughed about your comment on people going on safaris and never even seeing an exercise group LOL. The Firm stages all seem tacky to me, and I like cheese - the tackier the better sometimes. Darcy: Sorry to hear you were sick, but yeah - your worst is better than everyone else's best pretty much so you can still feel great about your week!Sara: You are such a trooper for sticking to your CLX rotation!
