Casting children with low muscle tone

Hi everyone I'm new to the group thanks my name is Shakema mother of 9

month old Tianni. Tianni has low muscle tone since birth she is currently being

follow by neuro,genetics and now orthopedics. Over time Tianni's tone has shown

improvement through therapy however we are now facing scoliosis. I want to cast

her however her neuro along with some family members fear while possibly

correcting the scoliosis we interfere with her muscle tone. Tianni's neuro who

has been watching her since birth feels like once her trunk gets stronger the

scoliosis will resolve. Has anyone casted their child with low muscle tone?
