Guest guest Posted August 1, 2009 Report Share Posted August 1, 2009 hi everyone - this evening i walked with chinook for 60 mins, then stretched for 15 mins. after that i did rockin body: party express with shaun t. for around 30 mins. this one was a bit harder to follow than the short intro workout i did the other day... but was still fairly easy to do. no difficult steps here, it was just a bit hard to hear all of shaun's cues. its easy to catch on though because he does repeat things enough times. he does one combo during the first half of the workout. then ditches that and does a second combo for the second half. they are all up on the stage again, but the audience wasnt shown sitting and watching this time. another fun dance workout.... never thought i would be saying that, but there ya go! :*carolyn.
