I wonder with the HR am I dehydrated? I didn't take my Sprio 25mg yet. I

previous EF 20% now 50%, cardiomyapathy, lvh, cva, sarcoidosis- no

residual except slight expressive aphasia,

current meds Spiro 25mg daily, Benicar 20mg bid, dashing , not official

dx with PA. bit only MCB works

Yes it is hot here! Yes my weight is

stable.

I drink 2 12 oz v8 per day. That is 2360 mg / 400mg Na and that is

not counting my fruits and vegetables and absolutely no added salt

and very limited process foods
