well we got another tv in the living room but now the dvd player has

picture but no sound. something is not connected right have to wait for

dh to figure it out. so instead of doing a dvd i pulled out the women's

health perfect body diet book to do one of the 3 total body workouts

for the week. it would have worked better in the gym for some exercises

like the squat with cable row(used my heaviest band but just wasn't

much of a challenge without lots of reps) and the inversted body row

would have worked better if i were using a smith cage instead of two

chairs and a barbell. my body just couldn't align well with height of

the chairs but i managed to modifed and feel a little work in the back.it was supersets....superset a repeated 3x-reverse lunges 10@15lb db each leg, pushups 25, inverted body rows 25superset b repeated 2x-squats 20@20lb bar, squats with band rows 20 reps with heaviest short tubingsuperset

c repeated 3x-stepups(or as cathe calls leg press on step)10@15lb db

each leg,shoulder press with lunge holds 12@12lb db, hip tuck/bridge on

ball 20 reps,lateral raise 12@8lbfinished with using weight training stretching routine from bob anderson stretching book.cardio and abs tomorrow!
