Guest guest
Hi Ladies! Well, today was a unique workout to put it lightly. Today I did Jane Fonda's Pregnancy Birth and Recover workout, obviously not the entire workout!! I figured if Jane Fonda can do it and I know at the time the video was made her youngest was 8 or 9 why can't I do it? The lower body part of the workout that I did was about 18min in length and it is a good add on workout to do on an off day if you want a short challenging workout for the lower body. You start of with about 6min on the legs and I used 3lb ankle weight and than you move on too ab exercises and I saw some women put their baby on their stomach so what I did is I put a 10lb weight on my stomach instead and that really challenged me!! Phew!! After that you did another short segment for the legs and than it was on to buttocks and right now mine are killing me!! For the buttock exercises I also added a 10lb weight and than it was on to final stretches. Anyway, I never ever thought I would buy or do a pregnancy video but for $1.00 and an 18min lower body workout it was a good investment! The exercises are for the most part what you do in a regular workout and it gave me a new appreciation for women and what they go thru!!
