Guest guest Posted August 9, 2009 Report Share Posted August 9, 2009 Hi, I had 2 bonus sections of legs from Meso 1 on my schedule to do today, but from last week I didn't really feel like I was getting much benefit from it even though it was fun. I decided to just do a longer yoga routine today instead. I did Kest Energize. Felt great!!!
