Car and personal ionisers?

Perhaps this will help get moulds and pollens out of the air. I am still very bothered by mouldy smells from car vents and with Eddie it is the pollens. Does anyone have recommendations?

We are also wondering about a personal air purifier or ioniser but it would be nice not to pay too much.Thanks for any ideas, Sandy
