Guest guest
I work at a tribal clinic. Today as it was time to leave our new nurse practioner stood at the computer reviewing a multitude if a certain patients imaging results. She sighed and said it will take hours to make sense of so much data.Just then an MRI of a pelvis which happened to catch a 8 mm adrenal adenoma. I asked her if the patient has hx of low potassium ... " yes. " I asked does she have hypertension and is it drug resistant? Yes again. I got the NP hooked up with your evolution article. She was amazed! There are several people that visit our clinic that seem to have labs and sx. Maybe if I can get my np and pa to learn we could really he some. Three that I am almost certain have PA have been tagged as drug abuses.they look young and healthy and besides elevated Bp they seem normal.
