Guest guest
Hiya We have been SCD with Becks for almost 2 years and its really helped with her gut problems. At first she disnt tolerate nuts 9translate was swinging from the rafters when we tried them....). A few months ago a friend passed on this bread recipe (thanks Shaz) and as it uses nut butter and not flour has been OK with it. Its really yummy so wanted to pass it onto you. i will email Mandi or Margaret the picture of it to go in the Files and it really does look like this. I sometimes use Cashew Nut butter which is nice too. I recently bought this great wee gadget form Pampered Chef its a microwave rice steamer but its great for veg and soups too. I do the butternut squash in that now and then freeze it in 80g amounts so its easy to make it each time. Its quite high in calories so pretty good for many of our wee skinny minnies!! Enjoy.
