Guest guest
I chose a virgin workout to stretch with - at least I think it's a virgin, if I did it it was a couple years ago. I chose CIA's Yoga Wisdom for Back Pain with Nolan. I did the level 1 workout, which is a half hour long. You start with some basic vinyasas, then move on to pigeon, seated pigeon, diamond pose, and bodikonasana along with a hip opening spinal twist. You end with some modified pilates rollups. There was no shavasana, and other than using sanskrit names for the poses, it was void of spirituality. I think in level 2 you get the shavasana, and that workout is an hour long. I'll do that one next time. I feel better now that I did before doing the practice, but it's not a favorite, at least this level 1 workout. I'm pleased with my 8 hours of exercise this week (too bad I can't say the same thing for my eating).
