Donna> hi! glad to be back online!! i planned to get back to> exercising last week but unfortunately ended up catching the> virus that all of the kids had. hi stacey! im glad that you are back! so sorry to hear that you have been sick glad to hear that you are feeling better now > are we going to do the jari love rotation in september?oh my! jari will probably kill me, but ya know, i seem to do alot better with high rep/low weight workouts, so hmmmm....... last year i did the second half of the jari love rotation by myself, so hmmmmm, im actually considering it again this year as long as you will do it with me!!! i would LOVE that!! lemme know, i could probably be talked into it...LOL:*carolyn.PS: i would probably have to take jari down to 2 days a week during the rotation, especially since i will hopefully be going back to work after 10 years out of the workforce!
