Guest guest Posted August 4, 2009 Report Share Posted August 4, 2009 working on some workouts i just got or haven't even done yetsun-started with bellydance quickies(recently got in trade) and did waist sculpting which is some figure eights and camel movements then did core secrets accelerated core. i subbed my kettlebell for some moves b/c he did cleans and snatches and thought it would be a great opportunity to practice these moves more and get more out of them then i would with the dumbbell.yesterday-18 min gold's gym cardio game, episode of shimmy bellyance before dinner 2 rnd from art of strength newport as well as doing various kettlebell exercises during the day for the hell of it. then before bed did denise austin's power yoga plus segment 1this morning did hi-lo heaven stage 1. had a hard time but it was more b/c i hadn't eaten a proper breakfast(not enough fuel) so i cut it short to eat. afterwards did cardio hula. fun workout not heart thumping but fun then did lotte berk muscle eats fat which focuses on upper and lower body.just having some vegetable barley soup for lunch and may hit the pool for more workout fun. just can't motivate in the morning for cardio but working on it kassia Special Needs Scouting Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If I accidentally wake up early, I throw in , otherwise Snzzzzz. What Belly Dance quickies? I pretty much only have videos by the twins and all on VHS. So since I'd have to go downstairs for the VCR, I haven't done bellydance. I'm lazy personified.
