PA, depression and anxiety

I've been reading about the high correlation between PA and anxiety

(particularly Generalized Anxiety Disorder) and depression. I've had GAD since

childhood, but it has been in remission for many years - until after left

adrenalectomy in April 2012. Remaining gland tested high aldo post surg even

though AVS showed it was " normal. " In addition to anxiety and agitation (which

calmed down a lot when started on Spiro) have noticed some depression. Any ideas

about good anti-depressant/anti-anxiety meds for PA patients? SSRI's vs SNRI's?

I will appreciate any feedback.
