Hi Terri! I like to do mine in Excel. I get the info for foods online or on the labels, and I have an app on my phone that has nutrition info too.  I like to do the research and log numbers in myself instead of logging things in on SparkPeople or other online tools for some reason. Here is what I've had this week so far (formatting sometimes gets lost posting on sometimes, sorry, totals at bottom)
