Well this was much ado about nothing!  Turns out Noel couldn't open my excel files w/my food journal data.  However, what he  wrote to me was, " I can read your files " . I told him so, but he insisted that he wrote " I can't read your files " .  I assured him that he forgot an apostrophe and a " T " , and we got in a tiff over this, so during my rest he went and checked his email and had to admit I was right.  So basically  I won't get the diet for a few more days and he's not going to weigh me either, he just goes by inches and I know that as a bodybuidling championship judge he can probably tell at a glance to a good degree of accuracy if I'm improving or not.

We did hamstrings and shoulders, not much exciting to relate there, but there was a guy walking around and using the equipment without a shirt on and Noel had to tell him to put a shirt on and that it was a state law.  I don't know if he was trying to show off his tattoos or what because he wasn't that muscular like the majority of men running around there.

On my way out I did get a very nice smile from a tall blond and handsome muscular man, and that made me feel good. So I'm off the hook for a bit, but I'm going to try and eat smarter starting tomorrow nonetheless. It's just time.

Over and out,

laura,

don't dread the scale--it is a weekly measurement of where you are at the

moment. i think for the last few weeks i have taken on a new attitude about the

scale and keeping track of what i eat (part of this is because of nancy's

help)--if i feel like i have eaten badly or too much and feel out of control i

use my food and weight tracking to help me feel in control. works every time.

you have the tools to be successful--use them!!

Too funny! Well, when he is able to see what you're doing I'm sure he'll have some helpful ideas.

I love smiles like the one you got. I'm very happily married but it still makes me feel good!
