He recommends Al Sear's pedestrian simplification of EOPC training in his copyrighted PACE material, and even thinks Dr Doug McGuff's Body By Science is somehow science rather than confirmational biased, cherry picked marginal resources, resulting in Body By Reductionism. Now we have the latest, greatest " modern science " of training. Enjoy, amigos.
