Hello everyone a while ago someone posted a list of types of minerals that can

increase glutamate levels I can't find it please could that kind person pop it

on the forum again. I have had a week now of no sleep and am about to take

to A and E to see if he has an impaction so I can rule that out. BUT he

has high glutamate levels and have removed the zinc for three days but that has

made no difference and am now wondering if mag citrate could be the culprit? I

started that to help with constipation and have been increasing the dose over

the last few months. Hasn't helped the constipation so guess that could come out

too.

Tim kindly sent me a link to Yasko's website but I can't open the file about

glutamate(technophobe) Freaking out here as have big trip to USA in 2 weeks

waited for two years to Son-rise Program and a holiday and dont know how we will

be able to manage it in this state.

Sorry for the rant !!

Basically can Mag citrate increase excitory behaviour?
