    This morning was the last S & H workout for me.  The biceps is so hard in this one.  It seems to just keep going and going.

 

I did this workout just as the others using my own reps and counts.  I do one or two with her which I have noted.

 

 

3 sets 12 reps    

TRICEPS        Seated French Press DB  25         Lying Triceps Extensions DB 12/10/8          Triceps Kickbacks DB  (S & H 8 count) 5Dips- 2 sets (slow count)

           BICEPS            Curls DB  15Hammer curls DB  15            Bar Curls BB  25Barbell Wrist Curl BB 20   (her count)        Reverse Wrist Curl DB   5  (her count)

      Abs

Happy Friday!!

This morning I was going to do some floor work legs, but my legs are actually a bit sore from the other day and they feel really tight so I decided to do one more cardio for this week.

I went with Amy's KB Surge. I did premix 1 (combo's and surges 1-3 + core) I modified the abs and did them on the floor while she did the standing stuff which I never feel in my abs. I followed her once she went down to the floor.

I burned 457 calories!
