hi everyone!

just checking in for the last week...

did lots of walking and bike riding.

chinook really seems to like all of the running while i bike :)

did a few more TJ workouts... gee that 'fat blaster' is a crazy

one... i dont have a clue what chalene is doing during the

really fast parts (even though i think it might be a repeat of

what she just taught at a slower pace...LOL) so i just do my own

stuff... great rebounder workout. the cardio parties are too

similar to really discuss, but that is fine... they are good, fun

workouts just as they are. ive never gotten into the sculpting

workouts in this set (besides 'ab jam') but i would like to do

them some time soon (booty sculpt, turbo sculpt, kickin core,

lower body jam, total body ball - hey there is a whole theme

week plan right there!).

this week im going to do some easy cardio+sculpt workouts, along

with walking and biking with chinook. have a few bonus

workouts scheduled on a couple of evenings, if i have time.

today i biked/walked (mostly biked) with chinook for 53 mins=278

cals. i also did 'your personal best' with karen voight and

model elle macpherson for 60 mins=279 cals. this is an easy

workout that consists of athletic floor cardio and strength

training circuits, and it is remarkably beautiful. karen and

elle workout in various lovely outdoor scenes. and they wear

great-looking workout clothes. on the down side, elle is kind

of dorky, karen doesnt always cue, and they use 3 lb weights for

everything. but all is forgiven in this VHS video that has

become a fitness classic.

hi michelle!! yes, he sure is. i would be working out all day

long if it were left up to him ;)

i think i will take him to the dog park tomorrow for some bonus

exercise.... i hope that it goes ok, he is a little rough around

the edges when around other dogs (out here in the country he

hardly ever sees any other dogs, so when he sees them in the city

he gets really over-excited).
