I take 20 MEQ of slow release K and drink 16 oz of OJ and 8 oz of low sodium V-8. Guest guest
I am curious, of those reading this, and who have had there vit D actually checked (when not on any vit D) how many had a low level? Anyone have a normal D level? I seem to meet no one, absolutely no one who gets it tested that comes back normal. Mine did not. My wifes did not. Our 15 yo did not, and when I was working fulltime my patients went to the same lab (theres only one up our way other than the hospital) and everyone is low. But When I took D I feel horrible. My wife, felt okay. Speaking of vitamins, I'm not sure this has anything to do with your issues but NIH found my Vit D to be real low. Guest guest
Suspect they have not tested many normals to decide what is normal.
