Guest guest
Fabulous! Im so glad that ISOP/CAST were there for you in time of need. Stories like Marly’s are why ISOP/CAST were created, so this makes me very happy. Im very grateful to parents like you Melinda and am honoured to be a small part of Marlys life journey. This is what its all about and I thank you for spreading awareness, raising funds for the Shriners (who need it bad) and are treating our children, and just being a scoli advocate. I think you and would make a fabulous team. She is in Philly, is dedicated to the Shriners and scoli awareness/advocacy and a real dynamo. I’ll send you her contact info privately if you’re interested in networking w/ her. Together you 2 would just take it over! Everyone here had a hand in educating me on infantile scoliosis and urged me NOT TO WAIT! As I said before, I know I dont respond much in posts, but my days and my girls are so busy, its very difficult to get anything done! But please know, that I do read keep up on posts and you guys are always in my thoughts. This group is who helped me get thru the beginning when it was all such a whirlwind, answered all of my questions, and educated me, and of course, if not for you, where would we be?! So for that, I will always be greatful!! We are going to try to make " Marly Party " and annual event b/c it was such a huge success. So many people came out, we got loads of donations, and we need to continue awareness. I attached the flyer we made for the benefit and some pics from it too. Talk to everyone soon!
