Hi all,

So glad to have found you! Went in for an appendectomy and left the hospital

with Conn's!! Not really but that's what it felt like. It was discovered that I

had extremely high bp (180/115) and very low potassium - wound up with 4 ivs of

K before I left and still was only at 3.1. Lucky I did not have a stroke and the

appendectomy was really a good thing. After many months of getting everything

undercontrol I am now on Amlodipine, Spironolactone, Magnesium, Vitamin D,

Metformin, Toporal, Metoprolol, Losartan. I feel awful and hate taking all of

these pills. I have had mri s and cat scans that show no abnormalities of my

adrenals yet all the blood tests and symptoms say otherwise. I am looking for

an expert in this field so I can get off of these pills and start to feel human

again. I have 3 kids I cant keep up with am exhausted all the time, have leg and

other muscle cramps. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I am

spinning my wheels and I just want to get well.

Thanks!
