Guest guest
I  know that this topic has been covered in past but I am having trouble finding the data. How quickly and how much muscle mass can be added with good nutrition and proper strength training without the aid of anabolic steroids?  For the most part I often see exaggerated claims of increase in muscle mass.  Scientific data appreciated if possible. Guest guest
Hi Ralph, Interestingly I am following Berardi's year long scrawny2brawny program so should have some 'real world' data for you. Using bodystat and calipers to record bodyfat. Due for 4 week update over the weekend. Will post update Monday for you.
