Guest guest Posted July 13, 2009 Report Share Posted July 13, 2009 I took a total rest day yesterday We went camping, and I had no ambition to tackle Mr. 45 who was outside waiting in the truck. I brought him (just in case)..well..um... nope.. LOL. Anyway, we did end up going for a really nice walk. Nothing too hard, we were gone fr nearly an hour, so I did get something in anyway.
