ahh yoga

last night did the stretch segment of karen's yoga power. its one i come back to often b/c its really a great 20 min stretch. this morning did strength

from rodney yee. i read its 20 min but its more 27 min. mostly sun

salutations with some advanced moves leg crow in there. i followed with

the intermediate segment fo amy's kettlebell workout.

this one is okay. its combines some of you basic kettlebell exercises

but some of the combinations just didn't flow well. the squat into

clean, well how can go in a clean when the bell is already in rack

position from the squat? just seemed confusing to me. worked pretty

well with it though. there is some cardio in this just short burst

between sets. i was barefoot so i didn't go all out with the cardio

mostly jogs and jump ropes. its a good learning experience and to do

this as a workout i have to keep modifying and going at my own speed.upper body at the ymca today. i woke up in a bad mood so hopefully i can shake that or use it as fuel for my workout.
