Guest guest
It's a miracle! I took my boards for the physician assistant board exam again today for the thrid time (we have to every 6-7 years retake it) and there was a question about PA "43 YO male with unresponsive HTN, polyuria, hypokalemia, and muscle weakness" (paraphrasing sort of as I agree not to ever give out answers, but just wanted to highlight it was on there!) and the correct answer of course was hyperaldosteronism. There was also a question about mild HTN and the best way to treat it in an otherwise 1st timer with no other issues, and DASH - spelled out - was the answer. Pretty cool.
