Workouts for the week

Hi Ladies!

I hope everyone had a safe and enjoyable 4th of July and hopefully, didn't eat

to much. I had a safe and enjoyable 4th but I did eat a bit. For lunch I was

watching a couple of ball games on the television and had two dogs and than for

dinner I had two burgers and a dog, so I did eat a bit more than what I wanted

but every now and again you need to have some fun!! Anyway, while still looking

for a job I have a good week of workouts planed to make up for the eating!

Monday: My total body / aerobics is going to be WHFN Lean with Keli .

The last time I did this was about three years ago or so and I figured it was

time to dig this one out. I was thinking about doing Firm Cardio Burn with

Tamala Hastle but decided to stick with my first choice.

Tuesday: For Upper Body Split, I think this should be a good choice because I

really like this tape and it offers a little bit of everything not just Upper

Body.

Friday: Is going to be a challenge as I have Trace Long kick my lower body with

Sculpted Buns, Hips, and Thighs. This is one of my favorite lower body workouts

but it has also been a good two years since I've done this.

Aside form my video workouts I plan on going on various walks in the evening

along with swimming provided it does not rain.

Donna: I just moved back to Florida from Georgia and currently in Florida it's

the rainy season. So far we have had a few weeks of no rain and than a good

solid week of rain. Anyway, I'll take that over a hurricane!! My Dad lives up in

New Hampshire and he was telling me every day in June they had rain.

Good plan, Geoff!I caved on the MR sale - spent way more than I should - but I got:

Triple Threat (I got this one b/c everyone raved about the scenery!)

I should have just gotten 2 and paid shipping (with the sale, two would have been just under the free shipping threshold!) but I hate paying for shipping - so in my warped logic "saving" by not paying for shipping and ordering an extra workout makes more sense?

Anyway, I about blew my budget for the year on fitness stuff - so I'm going to attempt a no-buying challenge at leat until Labor Day. I'm pickier than I used to be about workouts, so that should help. And, if I get any down time I plan to go through my collection and post a trade list soon.

Hi Ladies!

I did Fit Prime / WHFN Lead today with Keli and had a good workout and

worked up a good sweat today. Its about a 45min workout that is a good total

body workout. I really liked the aerobic routines because they were easy to

fallow for someone like me that has two left feet!!

Hope everyone has a good day today!!

Donna: Good choices!! I think you'll like them!! Sometimes ebay has some good

deals on videos so check them out every now and again if you feel like

splurging.
