Guest guest Posted June 30, 2009 Report Share Posted June 30, 2009 Hi, This morning I had some major DOMS and so that made me feel pretty weak. I stood looking at all my workouts for damn near a half hour trying to figure out what cardio to do. My eyes kept going to Cathe's Cardio Hits... so that's what I ended up doing. I did Step Fit (cutting the LONG warm up short and the cool down) After that there's an ab workout on this disk from PS B & B so I did that. Then went back to the long stretch from SF. I was really huffing and puffing and my legs were getting weak during the cardio. I knew I'd feel that way so it wasn't a surprise. I just kept going the best I could.
